TERMS OF SERVICE

HadesDex is a non-custodial interface that aggregates quotes from third-party cross-chain liquidity providers (including THORChain, deBridge, Jupiter, and Trocador) and displays the best routed quote. HadesDex is not an exchange, custodian, broker, or financial adviser. It does not hold, control, or transmit user funds at any point in a swap.

By using the interface you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are solely responsible for the wallets and addresses you use. Deposits sent to a generated deposit address are executed according to the displayed route and memo; an incorrect destination address, an unsupported asset, or an amount below the stated minimum can result in delays or loss of funds.

You confirm you are not using the service for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financing of terrorism, and that you comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

HadesDex charges a routing fee that is always included inside the quoted rate before you confirm: 0.5% (float mode). Network and provider fees are likewise reflected in the quote. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no hidden spreads claimed beyond the quote you accept.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Cross-chain swaps depend on third-party protocols and networks; delays, failures, or losses caused by those protocols, by network congestion, or by user error are outside HadesDex's control. Because HadesDex never holds funds, it cannot freeze, reverse, or recover transactions. Where a provider supports refunds, an optional refund address can be supplied at order creation.

Partners who embed the widget or use the API earn a share of the platform fee on settled swaps attributed to their partner key (20–40% by tier). Accruals and payouts are recorded in a per-partner ledger visible in the partner dashboard. Payouts are made on request once the available balance exceeds $25, paid from platform fee revenue to the wallet address on file.

Partner keys may be suspended for fraudulent traffic, misrepresentation of the service, or unlawful promotion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HadesDex's total liability arising from use of the service is limited to the routing fee it collected on the transaction at issue. HadesDex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost assets, lost profits, or data loss.

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version is always published at this address; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
